basis. It is a beginner’s workshop focusing on mindfulness.
Thinking about the past or the future often results in stress and anxiety . The practice of mindfulness and meditation helps you recreate your life and get back balance.
Throughout these seven days you will learn something new every day. And at the end, you will find yourself a completely new person.
The focus will be on “Affirmations” and “Building Habits” through various tools and processes which shall be shared every day.

Apart from this, there will be a live Affirmation session for 5 days a week every day at 5am IST,and it is highly recommended you join this.
